At Charlotte: 2006-07 - Spent most of the season at number-six singles and number-three doubles, finishing with 12 singles and 12 doublees victories in his first season at Charlotte.
At Gardner-Webb: 2005-06 - Named to the Atlantic Sun All-Freshmen team.
At GTCC Middle College: Played number one singles for North Carolina in the Junior Davis Cup in 2004. Ranked as high as #5 in the state and #32 in the South in juniors. Played number one singles for the South in the World Team Tennis Junior Nationals in 2004. He was valedictorian of his high school class. His father Ronnie played tennis and basketball at Wake Forest.
