Has yet to crack he Niners lineup but owns a 74.9 career stroke average in five events as an individual/"B" player ... joined team in the Spring, 2005 but red-shirted the season.
2006-07:
Competed in three events, all as an individual or with the 49ers "B" team ... helped Charlotte "B" to a third-place finish at the First Energy Intercollegiate in Akron, Ohio with a +5, 221 ... also had a +5, 221 (T8th) as the 49ers "B" team placed second at the 49er Classic ... shot a personal-best -1, 71 in the final round of the 49er Classic and the second round of the First Energy.
Summer, 2006:
Won Pine Lake Invitational Amateur in Charlotte, besting the area's top amateurs and four teammates. 2005-06: Competed in just two events, as an individual both times, posting a personal best +5, 211 to finish 2nd overall at the 49er Collegiate Classic, shooting rounds of 74-75-72 ... added a three-round 230 (74-77-79) at the 2006 Birkdale Collegiate.
Previous Experience: 2006:
Qualified for match play at the Irish Close and the North of Ireland ... Top 25 finishes at both the Leinster Youth Championships and the Irish Youth Championships ... member of the Island Senior Cup Team which won the Leinster Section.
2005:
Placed 15th at East of Ireland Championships and participated in both the North (2nd round) and South (5th round) of Ireland Championships ... Placed 10th at the Leinster Youths Championships and played on the Leinster team that won the Youth Interprovincial Championship ... member of the Leinster Senior Team that placed second at the Senior Interprovincial championship ... a member of the Island Golf Club's Youth team which won the all-Ireland Championship, shooting 72-74 in qualifying and 74-75 in the finals.
Earlier Years:
Qualified for 2004 West of Ireland Championship ... reached the last 16 in the 2003 British Boys Championships ... played on the 2002 and 2003 Irish 6-man European Boys Team ... placed 16th at the 2002 Irish Amateur Championship ... played in the Boys Home International (Ireland, Scotland, Wales and England from 2001-03 ... was one of the leading career points earner at that tournament.
