Cross Country - 2006: Finished seventh at the 5k at Winthrop with a time of 26:20. Prep: Rickard joins fellow HS teammate Chase Williams after earning All-America notice in the 4x mile and 4x 800 at the 2006 Nike Indoor National Meet. He was also a scoring member of the 2004 NC 4A Cross Country Championship team at Pinecrest HS.
